Online Registration
In accordance with EU regulations the conference fee is subject to an German value-added tax of 19%.
Cancellations: A fee of EUR 200 will be charged for cancellations up to and including January 31, 2026. A 50% fee will be applied to cancellations between February1 and February 22, 2026. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 22, 2026. However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time free of charge.
The registration fees include participation in the respective meeting, conference slides, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks and beverages inside the conference room and the conference dinner. After registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. Standard payment is by bank transfer, credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) is available upon request.
Legal Information
Technical Conference Management reserves the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice. We do not accept liability for personal injuries or liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of the delegates. I have read and understood the Legal Information in the conference brochure/website.
Competition/Anti-trust Reminder:
Many jurisdictions have specific legislation dealing with anti-trust and competition matters and which prohibit anti-competitive behavior and practices. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that the laws regarding anti-trust and competition matters are respected.
