The registration fees include participation in the respective meeting, conference slides, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks, beverages inside the conference room, and the conference dinner. After registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. Standard payment is by bank transfer, credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) is available upon request.
Cancellations: A fee of EUR 200 will be charged for cancellations up to and including April 30, 2021. A 50% fee will be applied to cancellations between May 1 and May 10, 2021. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after May 10, 2021. However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time free of charge.
Technical Conference Management reserves the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice. We do not accept liability for personal injuries or liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of the delegates. I have read and understood the Legal Information in the conference brochure/website.
I understand that all personal information collected by TCM in connection with this conference shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third parties, except as follows: TCM may use personal information to offer me other products or services offered by TCM. I may prohibit TCM from using the information for this purpose by notifying TCM in writing to that effect. I understand that my name, company and city will be listed on the list of participants which will be distributed to the participants at the beginning of the event and after the event.
