In accordance with EU regulations the conference fee is subject to an German value-added tax of 19%.
The registration fees include participation in the respective meeting, conference slides, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks and beverages inside the conference room and the conference dinner. After registration you will receive a confirmation and an invoice. Standard payment is by bank transfer, credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) is available upon request.
Cancellations
A fee of EUR 200 will be charged for cancellations up to and including January 31, 2027. A 50% fee will be applied to cancellations between February 1 and February 22, 2027. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after February 22, 2027. However, substitutions of delegates may be made at any time free of charge.

We do not accept liability for personal injuries or liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of the delegates. Bus transportation will be provided. Buses will leave at 7 pm from the conference hotel.
